Role Description

This is a contract role for a Property Manager at Sweet Home Real Estate Investments. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of properties in Berlin. This is an on-site role, located in Berlin, Germany.

Qualifications

1. Experience in property management and maintenance
2. Knowledge of Berlin real estate market and regulations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
5. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
6. Fluency in Hebrew , English, and German
7. Experience with property management software
