Risk & Finance Manager (f/m/d) in Frankfurt am Main

Are you excited about shaping finance and risk management in a dynamic FinTech environment? In this role, you will help build and further develop the financial and risk management foundation of our company by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Activities

• Manage and further develop SWIAT's finance and risk management structures.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports that create transparency on our financial and risk position.
• Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Establish and maintain the internal control system, including the control catalogue, KPIs, feedback loops, and follow-up on agreed measures.
• Collaborate closely with Controlling, Compliance, Operations, and the Management Board.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, economics, banking, insurance, risk management, or a comparable field.
• Experience in finance, controlling, or risk management, ideally in a bank, FinTech, financial services company, or another regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, Excel, and common reporting tools.
• A solid understanding of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and regulatory requirements such as MaRisk, Basel, and ESG-related risks.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights.
