Job Purpose

The Business Analyst / Technical Writer supports the successful delivery and adoption of our software solutions by combining business analysis, structured documentation, and customer-facing activities. The role acts as a key interface between customers, product, sales and engineering, ensuring high-quality documentation, and effective customer enablement.

Your Key Responsiblities Will Be

  1. Create, maintain, and update software documentation (user guides, functional documentation, release notes)
  2. Prepare and deliver customer demos and support onboarding activities
  3. Handle and analyze customer requests and feedback, coordinating with internal teams where required
  4. Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales

Requirements

Education & Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or more in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  2. Working experience in financial institutions or working with financial institutions
  3. Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technical Writer, or in a similar role
  4. Proven experience in software documentation
  5. Language: English – C2 or Native
Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong analytical and structured working style
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to translate complex topics into clear, understandable documentation
  4. Confidence in presenting software solutions to customers
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally in a product-driven environment
  6. Experience in Product based companies
Nice to Have
  1. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  2. German Language fluency
  3. Experience in customer-facing roles or customer interaction
