Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards. Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams. Identify and address project risks and issues. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in software engineering and project management. Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies. Proven experience in leading software development projects. Technical knowledge in package applications. Effective communication and leadership skills. Other Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus. Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus.
