In your position, operational leadership meets strategic coordination as you steer project planning, resource scheduling, and operational efficiency across critical IT environments. Supporting over 200 customers worldwide alongside a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik, this role plays a pivotal part in maintaining robust infrastructure and service delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure achievement of the team’s operational goals and objectives
- Perform project planning, resource scheduling and team capacity planning
- Continuously improve operational efficiency
- Maintaining compliance with regulations
- Maintain relationships with internal and external technology providers
- Ensure the adherence to department and company policies and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT and services related matters
What You Bring To The Job
- 5+ years IT experience (hands on preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Proactive, reliable and solution oriented
- Good conflict handling and feedback skills
- Solid decision making, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong Leadership, delegation and coaching skills
- Works highly proactive, independently and well under pressure
- Strong knowledge in Linux, Windows, IT Workplace, Networking, and Identity
- Experience with IT infrastructure (Virtualization, Containers, Server, Storage)
- English: C1 – Advanced
