pThe Swiss Cancer Institute is the national network for clinical cancer research in Switzerland. Since 1965, we have been committed to improving cancer treatment for the Swiss population as a non-profit organization. Guided by our vision “Clinical research for a cure tomorrow,” we conduct oncology clinical trials and serve as a key partner for authorities, professional associations, and the pharmaceutical industry. Approximately 70 employees at our Competence Center in Bern work closely with all leading oncology clinics across the country. /p pTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated colleague to join us immediately or by arrangement as an /p h3Project Manager Registries Real-World Evidence (80-100%) /h3 h3Your tasks: /h3 ul liLead the development of the Swiss Cancer Institute registries’ SOPs, Work Instructions and templates (registry start-up, consent, data management, data access, reporting). /li liContribute to the development of general consent (PISIC) and contribute to ethics submissions (BASEC) in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs Unit. /li liCoordinate the newly established RWE Steering Committee: prepare meetings, project evaluations and decisions, write minutes and ensure follow-up. /li liSuport the implementation of budget tools and funding agreements with pharmaceutical companies, foundations and other partners. /li liWork with Data Management on datasets, data dictionary and the mapping of existing registries. /li liOrganize the training of data managers in the centers and monitor data quality and completeness. /li liServe as the central contact person for investigators, participating centers and sponsors on all registry-related matters. /li liLiaise with national partners (e.g. NICER, SPHN, cantonal cancer registries) and the Swiss Cancer Institute project on AI-enabled clinical data import. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liMaster's degree or PhD in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, public health or epidemiology /li li3 to 5 years or more of project management experience in clinical research, RWE, registries or health data, including writing and implementing SOPs /li liKnowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment (Human Research Act, Human Research Ordinance, Cancer Registration Act, data protection, general consent) and of GCP /li liFamiliarity with EDC systems (e.g. SecuTrial, REDCap) and data standards; interest in real-world evidence and AI is a plus /li liStructured, hands‑on and solution‑oriented, with the ability to drive change across many stakeholders and sites /li liStrong communication and moderation skills, comfortable with clinicians, industry and authorities /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and good proficiency in German; French or Italian is a plus /li /ul h3We offer you: /h3 pJoin us and make a meaningful contribution to clinical cancer research in Switzerland.
