We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversation! /p pServe as local Head of Finance and member of the Kirchberg Leadership Team (approx. 25-50% capacity, requiring several days per week on-site) /p ul liAct as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Head (and Plant Leadership Teams) with overall cluster responsibility /li liCo-own PL, mange performance of the four sites in the cluster (Switzerland, Romania, U.S.) /li liPerform analyses to generate insights and develop actions including cost structures, productivity, product profitability, and working capital /li liServe as partner to the Group CFO, provide strategic decision support /li liFurther develop controlling standards, tools, and data quality in close collaboration with Group Controlling /li liLead a €50m investment program, including business case development and post-investment tracking /li liDrive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning, ensuring a strong link between operational reality and strategic objectives /li liFoster a performance-driven and continuous improvement culture across operations /li liEstablish robust controls and mange risks /li liLead a Swiss and Romanian team across controlling, accounting, and related functions /li liDual reporting line: Reports directly to the Group CFO (cluster mandate) as well as to the local Managing Director (as Head of Finance Kirchberg) /li /ul pYour profile /p ul li10+ years of experience in operational finance, most recently as Finance Director or VP Operations Finance /li liProven hands‑on expertise in plant and production controlling across multiple sites, combined with a strong strategic perspective /li liDemonstrated track record of delivering results and driving change /li liBackground in management consulting (strategy or operations-focused) is a plus, particularly with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments /li liExperience in pharma, consumer goods, or industrial/high-volume manufacturing preferred /li liDegree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field from a leading university, good academic credentials /li liGood expertise in controlling, FPA, accounting, and finance processes and systems (e.g. SAP) /li liHighly analytical, pragmatic, and results-driven with a clear bias for execution /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent in German and English, Romanian would be a plus /li /ul pBeschäftigungsverhältnis /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
