Are you interested in learning the basics of Air Cargo? Do you want to work in a team with a broad range of responsibilities and interfaces both in HQ and globally in local stations? In this internship, you will have the chance to work on various tasks and projects as a fully integrated member of the team.

Tasks
Work on various projects together with interfaces; e.g. new cargo management system upgrade, collaboration project with Lufthansa Cargo
Support the team in process reviews and their documentation
Support the preparation of training content for global sales teams
Prepare presentations and KPI reports; e.g. for weekly performance measurements
Work on new tools and templates to provide to global sales teams
Support and conduct regular deep‑diving sales analysis
Participation at regular team and other relevant interface meetings

Requirements
HF diploma, Bachelor's, Master's students or graduates in Business Administration, Economics or similar (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters)
Team player with very good communication and social skills
Independent and responsible way of working
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to articulate and illustrate analyses and presentations
Very good spoken and written English skills; German and any other language is an asset
Very good MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
