Tasks
- Create engaging communication content, including articles, newsletters, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, LinkedIn content, photos and videos
- Manage and continuously improve communication channels and support the creation of communication campaigns
- Support the planning, communication and execution of events, learning sessions and community activities
- Create communication performance reports and derive recommendations from analytics and user insights
- Design presentations, visual assets and communication materials using modern digital tools
- Monitor communication trends and best practices, identify opportunities for innovation and support the adoption of new communication formats, including AI-powered solutions

Requirements
This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy taking ownership, turning ideas into action, and contributing to both operational and strategic communication topics. We are looking for a proactive team player who can independently drive tasks and support daily business.
- 100% workload preferred
- Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field
- Hands-on, proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and support day-to-day communication activities
- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented way of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, editorial flair and enthusiasm for content creation
- Interest in innovation, digital trends and AI-supported communication formats
- Analytical mindset and interest in reporting and user insights
- Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint and Copilot
- Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
