Part of our customer service department, our legal feedback team handles complaints, inquiries, and claims in the legal area. Are you excited about aviation, legal topics, and customer service? Then, this role is made for you!
Starting date : May 01, 2025 or upon agreement.

Tasks
Your responsibilities include managing complaints and inquiries within the legal domain for Lufthansa, as well as overseeing routine administrative duties like approvals and quality monitoring. Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Handling requests sent by various legal authorities to Lufthansa (e.g., National Enforcement Body, Alternative Dispute Resolution, etc.) as well as those sent by Consumer Protection Organizations in a timely manner.
- Answering requests of lawyers representing Lufthansa.
- Investigating legal and paralegal claims according to guidelines.
- Exchanging and coordinating with other departments and authorities.
- General administrative tasks related to the department activities.
- Database maintenance.

Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or University Degree.
- Previous experience in Complaint Management would be an asset.
- Experience in the airline industry would be advantageous.
- Structured and precise working style.
- Ability to work independently whilst adhering to internal and external deadlines and guidelines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
