Tasks
- Support HR Business Partners in their daily business
- Engage in the development and implementation of new HR concepts and projects
- Support the team with data usage and the adoption of new tools, e.g. GenAI in their daily work routine
- Coordinate cross-team communication, meetings and workshops
- Expand your aviation horizons and exchange with various departments in order to understand concepts, objectives and approaches of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group

Requirements
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters), preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- Very good MS Office skills are a must; experience in the use of data and Gen AI tools is an advantage
- High motivation to proactively take over tasks and a strong ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, discreet and diplomatic attitude
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
