This position involves receiving and prioritizing service requests, scheduling and dispatching IT engineers, and ensuring that client issues are addressed within agreed service levels. The role includes maintaining accurate records of incidents and interventions, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, and following established procedures to support server, network, and cloud-related tasks. The Dedicated Dispatch Engineer will collaborate with technical staff to optimize resource allocation, monitor ongoing work, and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders. /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liExperience in IT support coordination or dispatch operations, with the ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks effectively. /li liStrong customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; German language skills are an advantage. /li liBasic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as servers, networks, and cloud services, enabling effective coordination with technical teams. /li liProficiency with ticketing systems, scheduling tools, and common office software (e.g., MS Office, collaboration platforms). /li liExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting. /li liAbility to work on-site in Zurich, collaborate in a team environment, and maintain professionalism in client-facing situations. /li liRelevant education in IT, business, or a related field; professional certifications in IT support or service management (e.g., ITIL) are beneficial. /li liPrevious experience in a managed services or field service environment is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
