pLocation: Visp, Switzerlandbr/Contract: Freelancebr/Duration: 1 yearbr/Start Date: ASAPbr/Work Mode: On-site /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide deskside and end-user IT support at a client location in Visp, Switzerland. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide deskside and face-to-face IT support to end users. /li liTroubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and printer issues. /li liSupport Windows and macOS environments. /li liInstall, configure, deploy, and reimage computers. /li liManage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar tools. /li liSupport Active Directory, user accounts, password resets, and video conferencing. /li liAssist with IT asset management and hardware replacements. /li liFollow IT security procedures and service-level requirements. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Desktop, Deskside, or IT Support. /li liAt least 3 years of face-to-face support experience. /li li3+ years of experience supporting both Windows and macOS. /li liKnowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, or similar tools. /li liUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including VLAN, DHCP, and DNS. /li liFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. /li liStrong troubleshooting and communication skills. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liFrench – fluent /li liGerman – fluent /li liEnglish – business proficiency /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liAvailability to start as soon as possible. /li liWillingness to work on-site in Visp, Switzerland. /li liEligibility to work in Switzerland under the applicable work authorization requirements. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
