Swiss Life Wealth Managers is an agile startup within the Swiss Life Group. Our team of experienced financial consultants supports private clients in all aspects of personal finance and wealth management. Responsibilities
Lead the further development of BSI, including independent configuration and system maintenance to ensure stable operation.
Build and continuously prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into clear features and user stories.
Gather requirements with business, IT, and compliance teams, align them, and actively support testing.
Coordinate with internal and external developers and steer implementation within the Scrum team (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Align and prioritize differing stakeholder needs, and coordinate all BSI development projects.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes, including testing, release management, quality, stability, and compliance; monitor time, cost, and scope while maintaining the partnership with BSI.
Qualifications
University degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration plus several years as a Product Owner at a Swiss bank or wealth manager.
Experience with BSI projects and ideally a BSI Masterclass certification.
Strong background in requirements engineering, backlog management, testing, IT architecture, and system landscapes; prior exposure to project management.
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with decisiveness and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; confident stakeholder management and strong team collaboration.
Flexibility, resilience, and a high office presence (at least 4 days a week); native‑level German, strong English, and preferably Italian or French.
