Job Overview This position involves painting, taping, and plastering (specialised knowledge of white plaster beneficial) in both interior and exterior settings, predominantly renovating projects (≈70%) but also new‑builds (≈30%). Lead on‑site painting may involve a temporary 3‑month trial period before transitioning to permanent employment.
Responsibilities
Execute painting, taping and plastering tasks on a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects.
Work both indoors and outdoors, applying appropriate techniques for drywall/ plaster and surface preparation.
Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship as a painter or equivalent, or substantial professional experience in painting.
Solid skills in painting, plastering and taping, with proficiency in white plaster a plus.
Suitable age (maximum 45 years) and good German language proficiency (required for employment documents).
Driver’s licence for car use required for permanent role.
Foreign applicants from EU allowed; accommodation and work permit can be arranged.
