Swiss Nurse Leaders is the Swiss association of nursing executives. It brings together around 500 members from all care sectors, all regions of the country, and all hierarchical levels. The association promotes the development of leadership and management in nursing and offers its members a vast network as well as various training formats. Swiss Nurse Leaders strengthens the role and voice of nursing executives at strategic and political levels and supports initiatives for economically viable, effective, and evidence-based nursing care.

Deputy Secretary General (60%)
Your tasks
- Preparation of decision documents for the committee and the general assembly - Preparation and follow-up of committee meetings, support of bodies and working groups - Representation of the association to partner organisations and the general public on specific topics - Organisation, implementation and evaluation of events and training - Planning and implementation of internal and external communication - Assistance and substitution for the Secretary General on certain topics and projects
What you bring
- Tertiary-level degree in political science, health, or business management - Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, particularly in nursing and the corresponding training system - Excellent understanding of the functioning of Swiss politics and the interactions between healthcare sector actors - Proven communication skills (online) and writing talent - Very good command of French and good command of German. Knowledge of Italian is an asset. - Experience in the association environment or in secretariat management is an asset - Motivation to work in a very varied field and willingness to participate in all association activities - Interest in the positioning and development of the association in collaboration with the Secretary General and the committee -
