Acquire and manage customers, focusing on lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad
Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants
Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflows
Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach
Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing
Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
Previous experience in sales or digital marketing; ideally in cybersecurity or IT
Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized
Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
Fluency in French (C2/native) and English (C1); German is a plus
