Responsibilities
In the early morning (around 06.00 h) load and prepare delivery vehicles collaboratively with the team and plan your route.
Shape the streetscape of Bern and embody the values of reliability and quality.
Ensure timely and error‑free delivery of parcels and letters within your area.
Answer customer questions on your tour, contributing to customer satisfaction.
Work regularly on Saturdays, with shifts divided within the team.
Qualifications
Physical fitness to lift and load packages up to 30 kg without difficulty.
Preferably hold a Category B driver’s licence;
an A1 motorcycle licence or willingness to obtain one before starting is a plus.
Enjoy teamwork yet work independently;
comfortable driving on the road.
Reliable and swift in work.
Good spoken German and familiarity with digital devices.
