Salary: CHF 174,000 – 189,000 per year (full time).
Role We are looking for a seasoned leader for the commercial facility management of Post Immobilien, responsible for a nationwide portfolio of approximately 2,500 properties.
Responsibilities
Lead the commercial facility management unit, providing professional and personnel leadership for 8 direct and approximately 85 indirect employees.
Advance strategic development of commercial facility management, prioritizing areas such as digitalization.
Manage partner and owner relationships, maintaining professional collaboration with owners, third‑party tenants and landlords.
Coordinate and collaborate with regional facility managers, ensuring efficient and optimized resource management.
Contribute to the facility management leadership team, taking shared responsibility for the overall development of facility management within Post.
Requirements
Multiple years of professional and managerial experience in commercial real‑estate management, with comprehensive knowledge in Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) or Real Estate Management (REM).
Completed post‑secondary qualification such as MAS in Property Management, Eidgenössisches Diplom Immobiliendienstleister or equivalent.
Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland.
Excellent verbal and written communication in the first national language and good proficiency in a second national language.
Compensation & Benefits We offer a fair remuneration that varies with experience and performance, ranging from CHF 174,000 to CHF 189,000 per year for a 100% workload. In exceptional cases, compensation may fall above or below this band.
