You will contribute to the development of the Group’s strategic agenda, provide insights through rigorous analyses, and support decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation. Working in a dynamic, global environment, this role provides a platform for career growth, learning, and impact within the Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development of the Group strategic agenda through analyses, research, and thought leadership. /li liContribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive transformation and value creation across business units and group functions. /li liDeliver proactively insights through market, competitor, and financial analyses to help identify risks and opportunities. /li liPrepare materials for the Executive Group and Board of Directors and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. /li liOperate globally, engaging with stakeholders from various business areas and geographies in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pWe are Swiss Re’s Group Strategy team, working in close partnership with leadership to shape the future direction. We are motivated, ambitious, and committed to making our workplace not only purposeful but also enjoyable. /p h3About You /h3 pWe are looking for people who: /p ul liStrong analytical/data processing skills, able to break down complexity and prioritize. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships across functions and geographies. /li liExcellent command in Englisch (written and verbally), every additional language is a plus. /li liUniversity Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics. /li liProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li liExperience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, insurance or related roles is a plus. /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process. /p pPlease note: The application process will remain open until at least October 18th.
