Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of Platform initiatives, translating business priorities into reliable technology outcomes. You’ll lead high-impact programmes, build delivery transparency, and create conditions for teams to perform at scale, with a clear focus on client impact. You’ll connect strategy to execution across Platform, Product, and GDTO, shaping how we deliver value. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major Platform programmes, transformations and product migrations, including the OnePlatform programme
- Establish integrated delivery plans, milestones, accountabilities and governance across teams
- Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks and bottlenecks early
- Surface delivery risks and trade-offs to appropriate decision-makers in a timely manner
- Translate business priorities into coordinated technology delivery
- Build and maintain delivery interfaces between Platform, GDTO and other functions
- Facilitate alignment on commitments, capacity, sequencing and dependencies
- Continuously improve delivery effectiveness, predictability and ways of working
- Establish joint KPIs linking technology delivery to business and client outcomes
- Create end-to-end transparency on delivery progress, quality, and constraints for senior stakeholders
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and drive improvement actions
- Design governance, reporting and escalation frameworks that add value without excess process
- Champion client impact in delivery decisions and maintain focus on client experience
- Establish escalation paths for client-impacting issues bridging client-facing and GDTO teams
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution of client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Translate recurring issues into lasting improvements to delivery and operating processes
- Build trusted relationships across Platform, Product, GDTO, Customer Success, Sales and other functions
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear, outcome-focused transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and decisions
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, client focus and continuous improvement across teams

- Significant experience leading complex cross-functional technology programmes or transformations
- Strong track record at the business-technology interface translating strategy into delivery
- Experience establishing delivery governance, metrics and continuous-improvement at platform scale
- Proven ability to resolve structural delivery challenges across organisational boundaries without direct line authority
- Experience in platform, SaaS, cloud or digital-product environments with technical understanding to challenge and facilitate decisions
