We are looking for a Personal Insurance Specialist for our Bulle team. You will provide high-level technical support in personal insurance, occupational pension schemes (LPP), and property and asset insurance (buildings, contents, technical equipment, liability, etc). You will bring specialised expertise, working directly with insurers, clients, and internal teams.

Your tasks:
- Organisation and conduct of annual meetings of the LPP management committees (contract information and professional pension updates, reforms, etc.)
- Personalised management according to contracts and client needs: monthly follow-up meetings and mutation checks, ongoing cases, etc.
- Organisation and conduct of presentation sessions for staff (French/English): general personal insurance information, presentation of contractual changes
- Day-to-day management: projects, advice, presentation of comparisons (French/English)
- Pension analyses: presentation, explanations, discussions and advice to insured employees of client companies (French/English)
- Client advisor: active clients, implementation of insurance for company employees arriving from abroad (French/English): property insurance, LAMal health insurance, etc.
- Tailored follow-up and management according to client needs and wishes
- Public Tender: organisation, follow-up and processing: preparation of the call for tenders, follow-up of the call for tenders and questions, preparation of the comparison and decision report.
Your profile
- Higher education in the insurance field, or equivalent, with AFA certificate; - Federal Diploma is an advantage; - Proven experience in the personal insurance & LPP sector; - Proficiency in office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.); - Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, thoroughness, autonomy; - Good interpersonal skills and team spirit; - Very good command of French and English;
