For our Neuchâtel offices, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk and Care group is looking for a:
Technical Manager for Companies at 100%
Your main tasks:
- Manage a multi-branch insurance portfolio (excluding occupational pension schemes) for a clientele of large and medium-sized companies in various economic sectors including administrative aspects (insurance policy control, preparation of tenders and comparisons); - Conduct analysis mandates for new clients, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, - Adapt and optimise insurance coverages in relation to developments in the insurance market or the structure and activities of the companies concerned;
Management of insurance contracts for our private and corporate clients, providing information to clients and insured parties, claims follow-up;
- Tenders, preparation of comparisons; - Execution of various administrative tasks; - Advice to clients and development of client solutions; - Development of existing portfolios; - Participation in cross-functional projects and implementation within the team; - Market and product monitoring; - Work as part of a team and in collaboration with client managers and specialists; - Ensure regular communication between the various stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Proven experience with an insurance company or broker in Switzerland in a similar position; - Holder of a Federal Diploma in insurance or an equivalent qualification; otherwise, an AFA intermediary certificate is mandatory;
- Technical skills in all branches (excluding occupational pension schemes and life insurance) - A good communicator and comfortable in interpersonal relations;
- Proactive, organised and autonomous with a strong sense of customer service and confidentiality; - Strong customer service orientation; - Marked willingness to combine efforts with colleagues working towards a common goal; - Fluency in French, German is an asset;
