Multisport Services PMO Department Manager (All Genders)Full TimePermanent contractIn your function you will oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our flawless Multisports Services. This includes managing the overall lifecycle of Multisports Services projects, from the initial stages through to successful event delivery, driving continuous improvements within the PMO.You will lead and manage a dynamic team while being responsible for the timely and efficient execution of international events, such as the Olympic Games, World Games, or Commonwealth Games. You will also contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department and ensuring alignment with company goals. In your role, you will focus on driving cost optimization, customer satisfaction, self-management, leadership, process improvements, and innovation. This will require both operational expertise in sports events and strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate your team to deliver excellence.ProfileYou hold a degree in Business Administration (or a related field) along with a project management certification, providing you with a solid foundation for success. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale sports events, you have a proven track record of delivering results.Your leadership abilities empower you to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
