As a Software Development Team Leader at Swiss Timing LTD, you are in charge of the effective and efficient provision of our sports solutions lifecycle. In this role, you will guide and develop the Software Development Team, ensuring that the Software Solutions meet customers‘ and stakeholders‘ expectations.

As a visionary and a game changer, you will steer the sports solutions strategy in compliance with the innovation strategy and management guidelines.

Profile

You hold a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and are passionate about sport. You are technically oriented and have strong experience in project management, with an excellent understanding of the sports industry and sports technology.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and continuously seek project opportunities and improvements. Being service and solution-oriented, a team player, and open-minded, you also have a “make it happen” attitude towards your internal and external clients.

You are structured, systematic, and organized in your way of working, consistently focused on effectiveness and efficiency. You are optimistic, motivated, and visionary.

Professional Requirements

• Available for travel abroad (20%)
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Previous experience in Project/Team Management
• Strong experience with C# .Net, Docker, AKS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies
• Frontend expertise (Vue.js or Angular would be a plus)

Languages

• Good command of German and/or French would be an asset
