Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the market segment growth strategy for Networks, Communications & Enterprise Storage aligned with corporate goals
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps from market requirements and competitive insights
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and campaigns to boost revenue, market share and customer adoption
- Set clear segment objectives, KPIs and execution priorities with cross-functional accountability
- Ensure alignment of customer needs, product positioning, technical value propositions and sales activities
- Monitor business performance, pipeline, market dynamics and competitive activity
- Act as the central leadership and decision coordination point for the segment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Successfully completed degree in marketing, business administration or engineering
- Several years in product/technical marketing, sales or business development within electrical engineering disciplines
- Strong understanding of high-bandwidth, low-latency networks for demanding networking and storage applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, campaign management and sales enablement
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset
- Very good German and/or English skills, written and spoken
