Overview
As a Service Operations Architect, you shape operational models for major clients using Swisscom’s Best-Practice framework. You lead the design, development, and implementation of complex operational solutions during bids and delivery phases, and you autonomously optimize models based on real-world experience. You act as a bridge between sales, Solution Architects, and Operations, presenting concepts and performance to clients and management. This role offers high autonomy and active engagement with customers and cross-functional teams, in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement comprehensive operational models for major client engagements
- Lead bid-phase activities to address complex Service Operations Management requirements
- Develop, design, and implement operational solutions with a focus on Swisscom standards
- Occasionally implement solutions within the Service Management sub-project
- Present concepts and operational performance to clients and internal management
- Serve as liaison between sales, Solution Architects, and Operations/Service Management
- Represent Service Management and Operations during the offer phase
- Continuously optimize operational models based on implementation experience
- Interact regularly with customers, Operational Units, Solution Architects, Process Owners, and other Operation Architects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Business Informatics
- Several years of ITIL process knowledge and business-context understanding
- Extensive ICT solutions know-how and related processes
- Experience managing highly complex projects for major clients
