The position combines hands-on data analysis with stakeholder engagement and offers significant exposure to business and technical teams across an international environment. Support the implementation of data governance frameworks, policies and standards. Collaborate with data stewards, business stakeholders and technical teams to address data-related challenges. Identify data quality gaps, recommend remediation measures and document progress. Analyse data to uncover trends, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Coordinate initiatives including data clean-up activities, process reviews and tool rollouts. Document data processes, workflows and good practices to improve operational efficiency. Contribute to management reporting and identify potential data management risks. Apply digital tools and automation techniques to enhance data governance and quality practices. Maintain awareness of relevant technologies, external standards and industry developments. Requirements Three to five years’ experience in data management, data governance, data analytics or a closely related field. Practical knowledge of data management frameworks, master data management and data quality standards. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong analytical, strategic-thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels. Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Nice to Have Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment. Previous experience as a data owner, data steward or management consultant on significant data engagements. A recognised professional certification in data governance or data management. Please note interviews would be conducted via video call (max two rounds), however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
