Executive Assistant In this highly responsible and varied role, you will take on a broad mix of administrative, coordination, and organisational tasks. As a key point of contact, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing comprehensive support to members of the Executive Board and Senior Management.
Requirements
Provide administrative and organisational support to assigned Executive Board and Senior Management members.
Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments.
Organise and book business travel and customer visits.
Prepare meeting materials, create presentations, and take meeting minutes.
Manage expense claims and expense administration.
Organise customer events and internal company events.
Maintain internal process databases and support projects.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle general correspondence in both German and English.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and administrative support.
Competences Professional Experience
Several years of experience supporting C-level executives in an international company.
Completed commercial/business administration training or an equivalent qualification, ideally with additional training in Executive Assistance (e.g. Executive Assistant certification).
Excellent written and spoken German and English; French or Spanish is an advantage.
Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Personal Qualities
Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
Highly organised, flexible, and solution-oriented.
A collaborative team player with a structured approach to work.
