Junior Sales - Financial Services (Entry Level)

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking events, referrals, and digital prospecting tools.
• Analyze industry trends and client profiles to understand business needs and match them with appropriate financial service solutions.
• Effectively communicate value propositions, conduct discovery meetings, and work with senior members to advance the sales process.
• Stay current on financial markets, industry developments, and economic indicators to inform client conversations and sales strategy.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and timely delivery of services.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree-level education, ideally in business, economics, finance, or a related field
• Native Swiss German speaker with fluent English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions
• Motivated and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth
• Keen interest in financial services, with a basic understanding of economic and market principles
