Job description:
You will support daily manufacturing activities within a cGMP-regulated production environment, ensuring that operations are performed safely, accurately and in compliance with applicable quality standards and procedures.

Role: Manufacturing Associate III
Location: Solothurn
Start: ASAP until with possible extension
Workload: Full time
Requirements:
Perform and document daily manufacturing operations in accordance with cGMP requirements.
Operate manufacturing and process equipment.
Support the execution of validation protocols and related manufacturing activities.
Review and revise cGMP documentation where required.
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, internal procedures and quality requirements.
Support the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Maintain the required level of training and ensure all assigned training is completed on time.
Collaborate with and support other functions across the site as needed.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of daily manufacturing operations.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation throughout all manufacturing activities.
Competences:
3–5 years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or another cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and operating process equipment.
Good understanding of cGMP requirements and compliant documentation practices.
Experience supporting validation activities and working with validation protocols.
Strong attention to detail and very good documentation skills.
Ability to work reliably within established procedures and quality systems.
Comfortable working collaboratively with different functions across a manufacturing site.
