As the premier supplier to our client, a leading financial service company in Geneva, Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a .Net Software Engineer. This is a permanent position based in Geneva, onsite 5 days a week.
Our client is looking for a candidate to join a small team based in the Geneva office, to serve as a key technical resource for our IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in the development of new lines of business solutions using C#, WinForms, Excel, and SQL (Oracle/Postgres).
- Designing and implementing complete solutions for our front office/risk systems.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
- Experience programming in C#, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about programming and technology.
- Background in financial services or trading industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, time-sensitive team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 5 days onsite.
