h3In-house Abacus Consultant /h3 pSwisslinx AG Vacant since : Wil SG (SG) 40% By agreement Permanent /p pWe are supporting an international technology company looking for a Senior Abacus ERP Specialist to take ownership of its ERP environment across , Supply Chain and Finance. /p h3description: /h3 ul liOwn the Abacus ERP environment across , Supply Chain and Finance, combining functional oversight with technical understanding. /li liTranslate business processes and requirements into functional specifications, technical delivery requirements, backlog items and acceptance criteria. /li liOversee the external implementation partner, review recommendations and ensure maintainable solutions aligned with business priorities. /li liPlay a leading internal role in the Abacus Version 26 transformation, including design reviews, configuration, testing and release readiness. /li liChallenge legacy workarounds and unnecessary customisation, promoting standard Abacus functionality whereverpractical. /li liUse development experience to assess technical feasibility, investigate issues and guide solution design. /li liProvide input into integrations, data flows, reporting dependencies, automation and system controls. /li liLead workshops and build agreement across functions, explaining technical options and trade-offs clearly. /li liSupport incident resolution, documentation and knowledge transfer to enable independent platform maintenance. /li liContinue to optimise the system and business processes after the transformation. /li /ul h3About the customer: /h3 pYou will act as the internal expert connecting business requirements with technical delivery. Working with business stakeholders, IT colleagues and an external Abacus implementation partner, you will turn operational needs into clear, /p ppractical solutions and oversee their delivery. /p pDuring the transformation, the external partner will undertake much of the development work.
