QA Specialist - Deviations, Change Control & Quality Systems in Bern

Job description: For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP-regulated environment About the customer: Location: Bern, Switzerland Start Date: 1 December 2026 Duration: Approx. 7 months Workload: 100% (41 hours per week) Remote Work: Possible Positions: 2 Requirements: Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports. Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow-up of required actions. Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions. Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA. Competences: Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or several years of relevant professional experience. Initial experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry within a GMP environment. Experience in at least one of the following areas: deviation management, change control, SOP documentation or risk assessments. Independent working style, quick learner and ability to adapt to new topics. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively engage stakeholders. German at C2 level or equivalent (mandatory) and good written and spoken English.
