ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the execution of communication and change management activities across a large‑scale transformation program. /li liCreate and maintain communication materials, including presentations, emails, FAQs, talking points, and stakeholder updates. /li liEnsure communication content is clear, consistent, and aligned across multiple stakeholder groups. /li liManage and maintain communication repositories, toolkits, SharePoint content, and supporting documentation. /li liCoordinate with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of communication activities. /li liSupport leadership meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions through preparation of materials, agendas, and documentation. /li liAssist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement and manager enablement initiatives. /li liCollect, organize, and analyse feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement. /li liMaintain project trackers, timelines, and action plans to ensure effective coordination of communication and change activities. /li liProvide day‑to‑day support to the Change Communications Lead in a fast‑paced transformation environment. /li /ul h3About The Customer /h3 pOur client is a global leader in the life sciences industry, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations to develop and manufacture innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
