Job Description
Conducting technology, security, and data privacy risk assessments for new and existing initiatives
Reviewing and assessing technical controls across cloud environments, operating systems, applications, and infrastructure
Performing compliance reviews and security assessments of information assets and critical services
Developing, reviewing, and enhancing security standards, policies, and governance frameworks
Advising stakeholders on measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
Supporting the implementation of industry-recognised security controls and governance practices
Collaborating on security and technology initiatives with a focus on cyber risk, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
Producing high-quality reports and recommendations for both technical and senior management audiences
About The Customer Working in a small and dedicated team of Security Specialists, you will provide expert advice and operational support on technology risk, cybersecurity, data privacy, and security governance matters across the organisation.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Information Security Governance, IT Audit, GRC, or a similar discipline
Strong experience conducting technology or security risk assessments and controls reviews
Good understanding of cloud technologies and associated risks
Knowledge of cyber governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Certification in data privacy, technology risk or security-related disciplines and technologies would be an advantage (accreditation such as CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, COBIT etc)
Experience developing or reviewing policies, standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in English

Experience in a bank or financial institution
Third party risk management
AI and emerging technology risksData analytics and reporting
Compensation Benefits Please note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland.
