Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for making a tangible impact? Do you have the vision and drive to shape the future of a growing global organization? If so, Swisslog is looking for you! We are excited to announce the creation of a newly established role – the Head of Service Development. This position is pivotal to supporting and enabling our growth strategy through the development, implementation, and governance of Swisslog’s value proposition to our customers across the Customer Service Business Unit. Your efforts will directly influence the performance and success of our business. As a global role, you will design, develop, and deliver our sales value proposition across four regions, ensuring a harmonized and professional approach. This is not a role for the unambitious. It requires a transformational mindset and offers the chance to
maneuver the organization to scale up development and usage of material, competencies, and strategy. You will partner with leaders across the organization, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and provide high-quality advice and guidance.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
- Hold overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering our organization’s global sales value proposition. Achieve a harmonized and professional approach across four regions.
- Lead the development of partnering relationships with leaders throughout the organization. Ensure internal clients have access to high-quality advice and guidance to support delivering value propositions to customers in local regions.
- Identify and develop competency needs to successfully deliver a consistent value proposition within the regions. Enhance our team’s capabilities to meet business goals.
- Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering cost price and/or project estimation strategies for all products/projects. Align these strategies with regional/global policies and guidelines, as well as local business and product policies.
- Lead a team of sales professionals directly and indirectly to drive improvements across the business

Proven experience in developing and implementing sales value proposition materials.

Demonstrated experience leading teams across different time zones.

Knowledge of customer service, ideally within the intralogistics automation sector.
