Solution Owner Pallet ASRS

• You will be leading the development of Blueprint contents including documentation, tools and trainings for your solutions, fostering standardization and aiming for a more efficient sales and realization phase
• Provide expert advice to other business units within Swisslog, leveraging your logistics and solution design expertise
• Collaborate closely with various Swisslog departments, including Solution Management, Simulation, System Engineering and Product Development, to co-develop components of solution blueprints
• Ensure knowledge transfer to regional teams through webinars and training sessions that you will conduct
• Participate in and contribute to Project Design Review meetings at various levels

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment consulting, logistics operations management, operations consulting, business modelingor solution design
• Strong background in process engineering, concept developmentand visualization
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders
• Skilled in developing Excel models (ROI, Flow, Stock)
• Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in intralogistics operations (e.g., retail distribution, online order fulfillment), automated material handling equipment and warehouse management software is essential
• Willingness to travel internationally(approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices
