In this role, you’ll join a skilled team of engineers working on AI‑driven projects, contributing from early‑stage evaluation through to proof‑of‑concept and implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior developer and ICT architect on large‑scale, technically challenging projects
- Design well‑structured, scalable software architectures and communicate them clearly
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into practical solutions
- Drive innovation through AI‑based architectures (e.g. RAG models), from evaluation to deployment
- Remain hands‑on, actively contributing to development alongside the team
Your Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong architectural thinking beyond just coding
- Deep interest in AI technologies and complex system landscapes
- Dedicated to writing clean, maintainable, high‑quality software
Your Profile
- Solid full‑stack experience with .NET or Java, Spring (Boot), Angular or React
- Familiar with Kafka or similar messaging systems, as well as Docker and container‑based setups
- Experience building secure, cloud‑native applications (preferably in Azure or AWS)
- Knowledge of security topics such as IAM, PKI, encryption, authentication and authorization
- Experience with microservice architectures and modeling methods
- Exposure to AI applications, especially Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models
- Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), and English
