pbPlair is hiring a Product Project Manager: a newly created role /b /p pIn pharmaceutical cleanrooms across more than ten countries, our instruments detect airborne microorganisms in real time. Our flagship instrument, the Rapid-C+, helps automate quality control in pharma, food, cosmetics and research. /p pOur products are designed in Perly, then manufactured and tested in Annecy. Every launch, every design change and every customer commitment involves several teams. As we grow, we are creating this role to bring these efforts together and to build the way we work as a company. /p h3Your mission /h3 pReporting directly to the CEO, you will be the link between everyone who brings our products to life: /p ul liRD in Perly, production in Annecy and our quality team /li liour sales and customer service teams /li liour customers, distribution partners and strategic partners /li /ul pYou will lead our projects from concept to customer: /p ul liproduct development, industrialization and customer projects, from kick-off to closure /li litransfer of new designs into production /li lifollow-up of customer requests and escalations until they are resolved /li licontribution to the product roadmap, based on market needs /li /ul pYou will also shape how we organize ourselves: clear ownership for every task, agreed priorities, documented work in line with GMP and ISO 9001. You set priorities, make the call between teams and ensure commitments are met, always in a spirit of collaboration. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liAt least 5 years managing cross-functional projects in a highly regulated, standards-driven sector (e.g. pharma, medical devices, food, cosmetics or industrial manufacturing), ideally in a technical, engineering or life sciences environment /li liProven ability to build structure where little exists yet: processes, governance, clear roles and responsibilities /li liHands-on experience with quality standards and regulatory requirements (GMP and ISO 9001 a strong advantage) /li liComfortable engaging with engineers, scientists, production staff, sales teams and customers alike /li liFluent in English and French /li liIdeally, experience with cleanrooms, pharmaceutical equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, GAMP 5) or Odoo /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pA newly created role you can truly make your own, with a direct impact on the product and the company.
