ppHead of Revenue Client Success Management /p pWe are seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Head of Revenue Client Success Management to lead growth at swissQuant serving our wealth management and capital market clients. /p pswissQuant operates across two core business areas: /p ul liCapital Markets: delivering model validation and risk consulting solutions that support regulatory compliance and competitiveness for clearing houses, exchanges, and market infrastructures /li liWealth Management: providing Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family Offices with advanced investment advisory and portfolio management solutions, powered by best‑in‑class risk and optimization engines /li /ul pThis role combines revenue ownership, client success leadership, and hands‑on sales execution. You will drive new business, manage strategic accounts, lead RFPs and complex sales cycles, and ensure long‑term client value. /p pYou will operate as both a player and a leader, mentoring a small team while remaining deeply involved in deals, client relationships, and product positioning. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Revenue Leadership /h3 ul liOwn and deliver revenue targets (new business, expansion of existing engagements and retention) /li liDefine and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for target segments /li liBuild and manage a predictable sales pipeline /li liDrive pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations /li /ul h3Sales /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing /li liPersonally manage strategic accounts and high‑value opportunities /li liDevelop and deliver compelling client pitches and product demos (in German and English) /li liLead and coordinate responses to RFPs /li /ul h3Client Success Retention /h3 ul liOwn client satisfaction, retention, and expansion (upsell/cross‑sell) /li liBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations /li liEnsure successful onboarding and long‑term value realization /li liAct as escalation point for key clients /li /ul h3Product Technical Alignment /h3 ul liTranslate client requirements into product and solution enhancements /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, quants, and engineering team /li liLeverage strong technical understanding to position: ul liRisk models and validation frameworks /li liSaaS platforms, APIs, and data integrations /li /ul /li /ul h3Team Leadership Mentoring /h3 ul liDefine, implement and monitor performance KPIs at personal, client and business level /li liLead, coach, and mentor a small team across sales, client success and marketing /li liEstablish best practices for pipeline management, account management, and client engagement /li liFoster a high‑performance, accountable, and collaborative culture /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul li15+ years of sales experience in FinTech, SaaS, or capital markets technology /li liRevenue leadership, enterprise sales, or client success /li liProven track record of owning and delivering revenue targets /li /ul h3Experience Working With /h3 ul liBanks /li liClearing houses / market infrastructure providers /li liFamily offices / wealth managers /li liDeep understanding of wealth management and/or capital markets workflows /li liAbility to bridge business and technology (comfortable discussing Risks, APIs, data, integrations, SaaS architecture) /li liExcellent presentation and pitching skills /li liStrong negotiation and closing capabilities /li liHigh level of ownership and accountability /li liFluent in German and English (mandatory) /li /ul pswissQuant is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
