Daily logistics:- Receive and check daily deliveries (checking delivery notes, storing products).- Do the dishes throughout the day (service dishes, cups, plates...).- Participate in various daily setups (coffee areas, meeting rooms, internal events).- Maintain cleanliness, order, and supply of common and social areas.2.
Interaction with employees:- Process internal requests from employees (by email or in person), with courtesy, efficiency, and responsiveness.- Respond to specific needs related to events or meetings (drinks, snacks, lunches, etc.).3.
Orders and stock management:- Monitor stocks and anticipate restocking.- Report any anomaly or technical need to the manager.
You ideally have initial experience.
You have an excellent sense of service and hospitality.
You are organized and capable of managing several tasks in parallel.
You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, punctuality, and reliability.
French: spoken and written fluently (minimum C1 level) – essential for communicating with employees and processing emails.
English: ability to express yourself in a simple and professional manner orally – to welcome or exchange with visitors.
