As a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department and will be responsible for multiple tasks, including: Review client account opening requests for private clients from an AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB). Review tax compliance requirements, including FATCA and CRS (Automatic Exchange of Information). Contribute to the drafting of internal memos and procedures. Participate in reviews of key clients. Participate in key regulatory projects. Optimize internal processes and guidelines. Provide support and advice to the Front Office and management. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law or Economics. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Compliance field. Excellent command of English and French; German is a strong asset. Strong analytical and methodological skills. Strong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technology-driven, and international environment. Additional Information
