Reporting to the Head Spot Vice-Director, you will supervise the activities and manage people in accordance with your senior responsibilities.Team Management:- Leading and supporting the eFX Spot team- Fostering a positive work environment where employees feel valued, and connected to the team- Promoting trust, and cohesion among team members- Addressing any potential conflicts among team members- Liaising with your senior management and/or HR Partner- Supporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement- Leading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner- Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, company culture, policies, and their specific rolesPerformance Management:- Setting performance goals, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues- Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HRTrading duties:- Own the realized risk and PnL- Ensure successful and compliant orders, trades, overall market conditions, news flow, real-time monitoring of PnL- Fine-tune price construction, execution and risk management production systems- Monitor the overall client activity and ensure flow quality, as well as smooth client trading experience- Maintain a gainful network of hedging counterparties and market venues- Analyze results, identify and drive improvementsData analysis:- Use internal analytical tools and your own capabilities to draw conclusions, suggest actions, deliver reports- Maintain procedures and ensure compliance- Be a reference point for Sales, Software Engineers, IT colleagues and other internal teamsProject Management:- Contribute to product development and infrastructure improvements- Monitoring: team s capacityRequirements:- 8 years experience in sell-side electronic FX trading- Previous experience in a leadership role is a strong advantage- Deep understanding of market (micro)structure- Deep understanding of client needs (both retail and institutional segments) and the competition landscape- Proficient in transforming large data sets into actionable insights- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team player skills jid2eaadb6aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
