The team is growing, andwe are looking for different types of seniority profiles whose main tasks will be: /pulliCarrying out reviews of key clients (private clients, companies, institutional clients,external asset managers, introducing brokers, etc.) from an AML/CTF standpoint (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB) /liliConducting enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications /liliDrafting formal compliance assessments, including the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously /liliProviding support and advice to the front office and management /li /ulpDepending on the level of seniority, the following tasks may also be required: /pulliAssisting the Manager in supporting the team daily, including providing responses to questions, conducting second-level reviews of team members' assessments, and serving as a trusted role model in terms of work quality, efficiency, and professional behavior /liliAssist in developing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations and industry best practices /liliOptimization of internal processes, including the review and drafting of internal guidelines /liulliBachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferably in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or similar /lili3-5years of financial services compliance experience /liliKnowledge of the Swiss legal framework /liliExcellent command of English and French /liliAnalytical and methodological approach /liliStructured and professional working style /liliInterest and experience in data analysis (including Excel) and PowerPoint /liliExcellent writing and communication skills /liliStrong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment /li /ul /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
