Join the Compliance Department as a Compliance Officer in the Compliance Support and Sanctions service. You will have multiple tasks and on top of the sanction topics, you will be exposed to a wide range of Compliance activities on the financial security aspect. Your role will include: /p ul liSanctions: ul liPerform sanctions due diligence on clients and related parties during the onboarding phases as well as periodic or ad hoc review phases. /li liPerform analysis on true sanctions hits escalated by the Compliance Monitoring as part of the sanction screening done on the client base and on the transactional activity of our clients. /li liAssess potential exposure to sectoral sanctions, export controls, dual-use goods and sanctioned industries /li liProvide recommendations regarding acceptance, rejection or escalation of client relationship /li liSupport and advise other compliance officers on sanction related topics /li liRegulatory monitoring on sanction news impacting the bank and analysis of the impact on our client base, and analyse the impact of new sanctions packages. /li liDraft and maintain sanctions policies and procedures. /li liParticipate in the calibration and optimization of sanctions screening systems. /li /ul /li liReporting: ul liContribute to the bank’s monitoring of risk tolerance, risk analysis and key risk indicators. /li liSupport ad hoc reporting requests: special requests, audits, regulatory reviews etc. /li /ul /li liOthers: ul liProvide targeted training on sanctions /li liDrafting of internal memos and presentations /li liSupport and advice to management /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExpert in Financial Sanction. /li liGood knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws. /li liAnalytical and methodological approach. /li liVery good writing and communication skills in French and English (Other languages is a plus). /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /li liExcellent command of Powerpoint. /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads. /li liStrong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment. /li /ul pbBackground /b /p ul liBachelor or Master Degree in Laws or Economics with appetite for data crunching and analysis. /li li3 to 5+ years of experience in the financial industry. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pSQ2 /p h3Job Location /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
