Working closely with Product Owner, Product Strategy and Sales Business teams, you will help transform our legacy solutions through practical and reliable inhouse AI solutions. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliBuild and maintain AI and non-AI generated-code applications using coding agents such as ClaudeCode /liliCollaborate across all stages of software development, from ideation to deployment, working closely with diverse teams /liliContribute significantly to the technical choices, conduct code reviews and perform testing /liliEnsure high standards of code quality and continuously improve best practices /liliWork closely with product owners to architect qualitative solutions and to enhance product functionality user experience. /liliProvide support on the applications maintained by the team to guarantee client's satisfaction /liliParticipate or drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering features iteratively /liliEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements expected in a regulated financial environment. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pEnthusiastic about joining a challenging and innovative environment, you are passionate about information technologies and you thrive on learning. You are a highly motivated developer, able to propose creative solutions to complex problems. /pulliExperience developing production-grade software applications. /liliStrong programming skills in bJava /band modern software development frameworks. /liliKnowledge of scalable software architectures including microservices, APIs (REST, GraphQL), container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems (RabbitMQ) /liliKnowledge of source control system such as Git /liliKnowledge of Linux, Docker, Jenkins, Tomcat and Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis) /liliKnowledge of test‑driven development: Jbehave, TestNG, selenium, etc. /liliFamiliar or willing to work with event‑driven architectures /liliSolid analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliHands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development through spec driven development is strongly recommended. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and product-oriented thinking. /liliExperience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus. /liliFluent in English, French is an asset. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
