Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects across multiple technical departments, including IT, Software, Data Management, Application Resilience, and more. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and scoping to deployment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges.
- Adapt project plans as needed based on changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMI) and best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Solid technical background in software development and related technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously between different product teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams using Agility processes and principles.
- Familiar with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence…).
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with others to achieve shared goals.
