Overview In this role, you will lead BRM's data and transformation agenda, building real-time reporting and dashboards to support management decisions. You’ll partner with operations and technical teams to structure data, drive automation, and enable strategic insight. You’ll act as the go-to expert for data across the department, ensuring regulatory-aligned, audit-ready reporting. This is a chance to shape how risk and compliance data informs the business in a fast-growing digital bank. Verantwortungsbereiche Organise and structure case management data to provide real-time views of volumes, backlogs, workload, and SLA/productivity across the department Build dashboards and reports for management use (e.g., Tableau or similar tools), turning raw data into decision-ready visuals Translate management’s reporting priorities into practical data structures and dashboards Analyse processes to identify and implement tactical automation opportunities with technical teams on enterprise workflow initiatives Act as single point of contact for all data-related matters, including audit- and regulatory-driven data extractions and reporting Zentrale Anforderungen Master's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or reporting, preferably in financial services or regulated environments Strong hands-on proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent) Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL Working knowledge of process mapping and low-code/no-code workflow automation tools Ability to translate operational data into management-ready dashboards and reports Understanding or willingness to learn about Risk French is a plus communication excellence stakeholder engagement analytical mindset Tableau PowerBI SQL
