Overview
You will lead the design system for Swissquote’s website, partnering with UX/UI designers and developers to create scalable, accessible components and guidelines. You will drive adoption across teams, ensure consistency across the site, and stay ahead on UX/UI practices and AI-enabled design. This role blends design system stewardship with collaboration to deliver simple, inclusive digital experiences at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage and develop the design system in Figma using AI
- Create and document components, styles, variables and guidelines
- Check consistency of interfaces across the website
- Help designers to successfully adopt the design system
- Facilitate collaboration between design, copywriting, integration and development teams
- Work with developers to ensure accurate integration of components
- Build interfaces that are simple, accessible and responsive across screen formats
- Centralise, organise and prioritise requests for updates to the design system
- Stay up to date with UX/UI practices, accessibility, and AI-driven design tools
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong UX/UI and digital design expertise with knowledge of interaction, responsive design and accessibility
- Proven experience designing digital interfaces and managing design systems
- Excellent Figma skills: components, variants, variables, styles, and shared libraries
- Experience coordinating design system adoption across teams
- Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools and integrating generative AI into design processes
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English
